Star Lake Township is in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The population was 415 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.8 square miles, of which 25.0 square miles of it is land and 10.8 square miles of it is water. Major lakes in Star Lake Township are: Dead Lake, Moore Lake, Mud Lake, North Long Lake and Star Lake.
